DESIGNER BIOS

Brian Prather (Scenic Advisor and Media Creator) is a scenic and projection designer with hundreds of productions spanning Off-Broadway, regional, and international stages. Besides several theatres in New York, his work has been seen at the Alley Theatre, Asolo Rep, Goodspeed Musicals, Barrington Stage, TheaterWorks Hartford, and many others, including the premiere of Minyeo-neun Goerowo in Seoul, South Korea. He is a Regional Emmy nominee, Jeff Award and two-time Berkshire Theatre Critics Award winner. He is the Professor of Scenic Design at Central Connecticut State University, an Artistic Associate at Barrington Stage, and member of United Scenic Artists Local 829. www.brianprather.com

Dean Mahoney (Sound and Projection Programming Consultant) is a regional theater sound designer based in upstate New York.  Regional Design includes: Becoming Dr. Ruth, The Reservoir, Proof (Shadowland Stages), Hudson Valley Shakespeare, and Greenwood Lake Theater.  He has a background in systems engineering and live music performance, and simultaneously serves as the Lecturer in Theatrical Sound Design at the State University of New York in New Paltz. He is thrilled to see his work making it across the pond!
